Is Maze Tower Wars free?
Yes. It’s free to play in your browser at mazetw.com.
Do I need to download anything?
No. It runs in the browser on iPhone, Android and desktop, so there’s nothing to install.
Do I need an account?
No. The bots, the practice range, private rooms and quick match all work without one. A free Google sign-in gives you a quick-match rating and a record that follows you between devices.
How is it different from other tower defense games?
Two ways. There’s no fixed road: you build the path, and your towers are the walls. And the enemies come from the other players. Every troop you send at a rival raises your income, so attack and economy are the same move. If you played Line Tower Wars or the other tower wars maps in Warcraft III, it’s that idea. How long is a match?
Usually 8 to 12 minutes. At 7:00 the Onslaught begins: every troop sent from then on has 50% more health, so matches don’t drag.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Open a private room and send the link or the code. Friends can join as guests without an account.
How many players are in a match?
Two, three or five. Online quick match is a five-player free-for-all, with bots filling empty seats. Against the bots you can pick 1 vs 1, three-player or five-player.
